- MEET & GREET SERVICE: Private return transfers from airport to ship
- PRIORITY CHECK IN/OUT SERVICE: With the butler team waiting to assist guests with luggage at the terminal, escort them to dedicated line for priority check-in, and facilitate formalities during port calls.
- BUTLERS are dedicated exclusively to MSC Yacht Club guests 24 hours a day and provide the following services: Your butler will unpack and pack suitcases on request, collect any laundry for washing, dry cleaning & ironing for same or next day delivery as requested, change your towels twice a day, shine shoes on request, deliver your favourite international newspaper in it's original layout every day even at sea!, resreve front row seats in the theatre (limited availability) on request. Daily English High Tea service is served with a selection of teas, cakes, pastries & sandwiches.
- CONCIERGE DESK is open 24 hours a day. The Conciergeire provides MSC Yacht Club guests with information & special services to help you enjoy your stay onboard to the fullest these include: Reservations for special services - Priority reservations for shore side tours & private excursions - All services in port, including bookings and information on local attrations - Reservations for SPA packages - Reservations for a la carte restaurants - Arranging private shopping opportunities on board - Flower arrangements or bouquets are available for delivery worldwide or to your loved ones on board - other services & information on request.
- MSC YACHT CLUB SUITES. There are 2, YC3 - Royal Suites with large balcony, located on deck 16. Suites are 36 SQ. M with a balcony of an additional 20 SQ. M. There are 6 YC2 - Executive & family suites with panoramic window, these are found on decks 9-12 and range in size from 33 to 51 SQ. M. There are 86 YC1 - Deluxe suites, located on decks 9, 10, 11, 15 & 16 plus 2 equipped for guests with disabilities located on deck 16 and range from 22 to 33 SQ. M.
